These terms apply to the Quotemaxxing iOS app, made by Nodewave. By using the app you agree to them.

Subscriptions

• Quotemaxxing offers two auto-renewing subscriptions: yearly at $19.99 with a 3-day free trial, and monthly at $3.99. Prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you do not cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings.
• Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Content

Quotes shown in the app are attributed to their authors based on verified sources. The artwork and presentation are ours. You may share quote images from the app for personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app, abuse the service, or use it in ways that violate the law or Apple’s terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodewave is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above.
